How to contact Discord support through a request form

Submitting a request to Discord can help you with several issues. These include bots used in servers, language translations, payments and billing, refunds, and bugs.

You should first try emailing Discord at before submitting a request form.

Open the request form. Click on the dropdown menu and select the option from the list that best fits your issue.
Choose an issue from the dropdown.

Enter your email address, a subject line, and your message. If the form has another dropdown menu, further specify the issue you're contacting Discord about. Now click Submit.
