What’s this role about? As the Head of Demand Gen at Auvik, you’ll be responsible for driving and overseeing our global inbound lead generation. If you have a solid background in leading teams, developing and executing demand gen programs, and measuring and optimizing performance, you’ll love this position! What will I be doing? You will: Lead and develop our demand gen team Drive lead generation programs to meet or exceed quota targets. Oversee the full lifecycle of online campaigns from strategy development through execution, measurement, reporting, evaluation, and optimization. Meet regularly with members of the sales, BDR, and marketing teams to garner and share insights on prospect and customer voice, competitive landscape, process challenges, and campaign effectiveness. Own the marketing metrics for website traffic and inbound leads (number, cost, quality). Use data to make decisions and work with our RevOps team to test, measure, report on, and optimize conversion metrics for every demand gen program. Work with our Content team to: Develop campaigns that will attract attention, engage, and convert prospects into qualified opportunities for our self-serve engine and BDR team. Build and optimize ads, Drift scripts, landing pages, and website. Identify content gaps and create demand-driving assets for each stage of the buyer’s journey. Explore and be at the forefront of trends to continuously improve our lead generation initiatives. What are you looking for? 5+ years of demand gen experience with responsibility for building sales pipeline, hitting (or exceeding!) targets, and delivering ROI on paid ad spend at a B2B or SaaS company Comfort managing a sizeable demand gen budget 2+ years leading a team A blend of strategic thinking and hands-on skills—someone who can guide a team but who’s not afraid to roll up their sleeves to help get the job done Proficiency with the following acquisition channels: paid search/PPC, social media advertising, display, remarketing, online events, email, website A track record of delivering results through SEO and experience with Google Analytics and other SEO tools A good understanding of how to structure campaigns and content to support the buyer’s journey and optimize conversions An obsession with UX, creativity, and a great eye for design In-depth knowledge of marketing automation, CRM, and business intelligence tools (Marketo, Salesforce, Looker) An experimenter who’s not afraid of change or trying new things Someone diligent, process-oriented, and disciplined A collaborator who’s happy to work cross-functionally with many teams How do I apply?
