In an interview with BBC Breakfast, Billie Eilish and Finneas O’Connell said that Daniel Craig has to like the Bond song or it doesn’t go ahead.
O’Connell said: “If Daniel doesn’t like it, you don’t get the job,” while Eilish said that they learned that the actor has “got a big say in it.”
Eilish and O’Connell wrote and recorded the new Bond song “No Time to Die” in just three days — in a tour bus in Texas.
Eilish also said that Bond producer Barbara Broccoli only gave them “a little hint” of what happens in the film’s opening scene, and nothing more.
