TAB, or Transportation Alliance Bank (Member FDIC), offers some products specifically for truck drivers, but for the most part, it’s an online bank available to the general public.
The TAB High-Yield Savings Account is its strongest product, with a high APY, no mandatory opening deposit, and no monthly service fees.
The bank also has good CDs, with competitive rates and relatively low early withdrawal penalties.
The weak link is the TAB Bank 365 Checking Account, because there are no free ATMs or overdraft protection options, and you’ll pay $30 when you overdraw.
