Given the news about Football Index, which we covered in some detail in a post the other day, it obviously makes sense to wrap up this review now. In case you missed it, essentially Football Index are in financial trouble and have had to cut dividends by over 60%. That led to a crash in users’ portfolio values and a storm of understandable bitterness and anger on social media from people who felt they had been misled by the company. Our view is that Football Index is living on borrowed time in its current form and barring a miraculous turnaround
